FIELD RESTORATION SPECIALIST — ROOFING SALES Prestige Roofing | Indianapolis, IN | 1099 Independent Contractor | 2026–2027 Season Compensation: Commission-based (10% per project) + $100 performance bonus per claim | Uncapped earnings ABOUT PRESTIGE ROOFING Prestige Roofing is a fast-growing residential roofing company dedicated to raising the standard of the industry across Indiana. WHAT YOU'LL DO Canvas assigned residential neighborhoods to identify storm-related or age-related roof damage Initiate professional conversations with homeowners to assess roofing needs Educate homeowners on damage scope, available solutions, and the insurance claims process Guide homeowners through initiating insurance claims with their carriers Obtain signed project agreements and hand off seamlessly to the operations team Upload signed agreements, photos, and documentation into our company CRM Maintain accurate records of all prospects, leads, and project statuses Participate in daily check-ins and weekly team accountability meetings COMPENSATION Base Commission: 10% of each finalized roofing project, paid upon job completion Performance Bonus: +$100 per qualifying claim with complete documentation submitted Earning Potential: Uncapped — your income scales directly with your effort and production Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You are responsible for your own taxes, mileage tracking, and business expenses. Prestige Roofing provides branding, systems, operational support, and project fulfillment. REQUIREMENTS Required Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation Smartphone with ability to access CRM and communication tools Ability to work outdoors, walk neighborhoods, and conduct field visits Availability for evenings and weekends during peak season Basic comfort with mobile technology and digital documentation Preferred (not required) Prior experience in sales, customer service, real estate, automotive, hospitality, or door-to-door Familiarity with insurance claims or property damage assessment Access to a ladder for optional roof inspection support No roofing experience required — we train the right people.
