About the Role We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Fiber Internet Sales Representative to join our growing team in Texas. In this role, you will engage directly with residents by going door-to-door to educate households on the benefits of high-speed fiber internet and help them select the best plan for their needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working independently, and earning uncapped commission based on performance. Key Responsibilities Canvass assigned neighborhoods to promote and sell fiber internet services. Present product features, pricing, promotions, and service benefits clearly and confidently. Build rapport with residents and answer questions about installation, availability, and service reliability. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. Track leads, update customer information, and submit completed orders accurately. Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive reputation in the community. Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and marketing efforts. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, or door-to-door outreach is a plus, but not required—training provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation to travel within assigned territories.
