What you’ll do… Enchanted Rock is looking to hire a detailed-oriented, driven, and resourceful local Field Service Coordinator to assume responsibilities of work planning, scheduling, coordination and additional duties as needed in Houston, Texas. The Field Service Coordinator reports to the Director of Operations and Maintenance Field Services. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate work orders and support field service operations, including basic tracking, updates, and reporting. Help ensure maintenance activities are completed on schedule and aligned with operational needs. Work cross-functionally with purchasing, inventory, and engineering to support projects and maintenance plans. Assist with scheduling and prioritizing preventive and corrective maintenance using internal systems (CMMS). Review work orders and documentation for accuracy, flagging any discrepancies. Support process improvements and follow best practices for operations and maintenance. Communicate updates clearly with internal teams, contractors, and leadership while maintaining safety standards. Additional responsibilities may be added at the direction of Company’s management. Requirements Basic Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) with ~2–3 years in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with data analysis, business systems, and basic forecasting. Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and operate in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of industrial or power generation equipment/operations is a plus. Capable of working safely in operational environments, including use of PPE and meeting physical/visual requirements. Preferred Skills: Power plant experience in scheduling, planning or outage management. Experience in Combined Cycle, Simple Cycle power plants, and mobile power generation equipment Must be open to training, direction, and constant learning and improvement. Your Rewards!
