Preferred Mechanical Solutions, a professional paint booth installation & Service company, is part of the Garmat Holdings Family that manufactures paint booths and finishing solutions for collision repair, aerospace and industrial applications.Founded in 1988 and manufactured at our corporate headquarters in Englewood Colorado, Garmat USA strives to provide the most technologically advanced paint booths and refinishing equipment, that not only enhances production but provides an environmentally safe atmosphere for the technician and community.Since its inception, Garmat USA has introduced technologies that have revolutionized the refinishing industry.Garmat's growth is directly attributed to their commitment to innovation and quality.If you have a proven track record of working hard and thriving in a company that is fast paced and continues to grow, this opportunity is for you.Position Description:The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Service team while providing frontline support to customers, technicians, and managers.This role includes working closely with Service Technicians to prioritize urgent service requests and manage workload distribution, creating and managing work orders, coordinating communication among all parties, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer and technician issues.The Service Coordinator works closely with management to enhance processes and deliver exceptional customer service.Essential Job functions include, but are not limited to:Oversee day-to-day service coordination activities and ensure timely response to customer and technician needs.Monitor open work orders and ensure proper documentation, materials, and information are entered accurately.Provide direction and support to Service Coordinators to maintain consistent communication and workflow standards.Work closely with Service Technicians to prioritize urgent service requests and manage workload distribution.Review technician notes, time entries, and materials used for accuracy prior to closing work orders.Update and maintain customer records, contact information, and service history in company systems.Identify recurring service or customer issues and communicate trends to management for resolution.Assist with maintaining department metrics, reports, and performance tracking.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:2 or more years of field coordination/ field management experience Experience with MobiWorks software preferred Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry preferred Experience communicating with and servicing customers via the telephone.Solid verbal/written communication skills.Able to understand and accurately communicate customers' needs.Able to manage telephone customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving customer issues.Able to thrive in a changing environment.(Every call is different and requires a unique and customized response).Able to complete work accurately while under deadline pressure.This includes quickly making decisions with limited input from the customer.Strong computer and phone skills.Ability to use web-based computer applications and type.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.Proficient with various computer hardware and software to include, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook.Collaborative team members with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the functions.Combination of prolonged periods of time on the shop floor or sitting at a computer.While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.Closing Statement:This brief summary is not an all-inclusive description of job duties.Other job duties and responsibilities may also be assigned by the incumbent's Manager at any time based upon Company need.Garmat is a proud Equal Opportunity employer, m/f/d/v.Pay:$31.50 - $38.50 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Vision insurance Application Question(s):Do you hold a
