This is a home‑based role supporting customers throughout the Greater Jonesboro, AR/Memphis, TN area with regional travel. In this role, a typical day will look like: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities Travel throughout the greater Jonesboro, AR/Memphis, TN territory to support manufacturing customers, with most work completed during the day and limited overnight travel Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software‑related issues and deliver effective, timely solutions Build strong, trusted relationships with customers by acting as a technical advisor and problem solver Support business growth by identifying opportunities to promote service agreements and newer technology solutions Travel is primarily regional within the Jonesboro, AR/Memphis, TN area and is planned in advance to allow flexibility in managing schedules, routes, and customer visits. Overnight travel is occasional and not routine.
