You will provide customer support for onsite installations, repairs and maintenance of photolithography semiconductor equipment primarily in Hillsboro Oregon. Serve as a technical lead, supervise field service engineers , collaborate with engineering, and ensure customer equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime. Your Impact Please note: this is a customer-facing role, and requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other measures relating to COVID-19 Collaborate with engineering to conduct tests, experiments, and analyze equipment data to develop actionable plans that reduce downtime and improve productivity. Work directly with customers to formulate and implement strategies that minimize equipment downtime. Supervise and monitor field technicians, providing guidance, training, and technical support. Perform setup, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor process equipment in the field. Participate in equipment installations at customer sites to ensure proper operation. Escalate complex or serious repair issues to senior technicians or engineers as needed. Monitor equipment performance to prevent malfunctions and reduce downtime. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and prepare periodic reports. Manage inventory levels of service parts and equipment to support timely repairs.
