Must be okay with 80-90% of International Travel (non-negotiable) Join a Team That Keeps Critical Equipment Running: We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician who enjoys solving mechanical and technical challenges, working directly with customers, and traveling to support equipment operations around the world. In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment at company facilities, customer job sites, and partner locations while delivering exceptional technical support and service. This is an opportunity to work hands-on with advanced machinery, expand your technical expertise, and make a direct impact on customer success and equipment performance. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment issues in both shop and field environments Respond to customer service requests by assessing equipment performance, identifying root causes, and recommending effective repair solutions Perform hands-on equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and technical inspections Research and identify spare parts requirements and recommend appropriate replacement packages Provide technical support and guidance to customers, business partners, and internal teams both in person and remotely Complete service reports, damage assessments, and repair documentation accurately and efficiently Coordinate service activities with internal departments and supervisors to ensure timely resolution of customer needs Assist in maintaining technical manuals, service records, and operational documentation Support continuous improvement efforts by documenting and communicating product or equipment issues Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures Travel to customer and partner locations as needed to support service operations ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For Education & Training: High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or technical certification in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or heavy equipment technology preferred Technical Skills Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, flow charts, and maintenance schedules Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced environments Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related technical training and/or field service experience Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088\_EEOC\_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp\_%20English\_formattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
