About the Role: As a Field Service Technician with Burwell, you'll be on the road each day, clocking in from your company-provided service vehicle and heading to customer sites across Chesapeake, Virginia. You'll service and repair forklifts, pallet jacks, aerial lifts, and other equipment from top brands that keep warehouses running. You'll work independently with a strong team behind you, receive ongoing training, and grow your career with a company that's growing too. What You'll Do: Diagnose and repair forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, boom lifts, and other warehouse vehicles Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, LP/diesel engine, and electrical system issues Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters and hydraulic gauges to pinpoint and fix problems Perform preventative maintenance to keep customer equipment running smoothly Service multiple brands including Hyundai, Bobcat, Clark, Genie, JLG, and Skyjack Participate in manufacturer-certified training to stay up to date on equipment and repair techniques Promote service offerings like maintenance
