The Job: As a Field Service Technician in NY, you’ll be part of our Lenox team working as a Remote employee. You’ll get to: Solve end-user problems through troubleshooting minor repairs, alignment, and calibration of equipment, as well as product performance and trial tests to achieve optimum product performance. Coordinate with Territory Account Manager(s) to manage your territory, develop target opportunities, and handle service/maintenance requests for existing customers. Utilize SFDC to collect and maintain data about products, machines, materials, end users, and distribution for both Lenox and competitive accounts. Stay updated on industry trends by attending trade shows and seminars and learning about innovative technology. Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot distributor welding equipment. Motivate distributors and keep distributor sales personnel focused on technical services as a value-added service when selling. Identify end-user applications to provide cost-effective product recommendations that improve customer quality of process for sawing operations.
