Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customers' sites. You’ll serve as the face of our company in the field, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities 3-5 years experience in maintenance manufacturing and/or industrial maintenance. Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems at customer locations. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions. Provide training and guidance to customers on proper equipment use. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. High flexibility and ability to travel up to 100% of the time. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred. 3-5 years Proven experience in field service, maintenance, or a related technical role. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Knowledge of the metrics system. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including occasional international travel.
