Position: Field Services Team Lead Department: Ops Reports To: VP Operations Supervisor: Yes Exempt: Yes Direct Reports: Yes Job Summary The Field Services Manager is responsible for a team providing services to a variety of accounts. Teams assigned to work sites may or may not have onsite supervisory teams. The Field Service Manage is also responsible for maintaining strong client relations including managing the account. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Job Task Frequency GENERAL OPERATIONS for Assigned Areas or Sites Provide customer service to clients and maintain good customer relationships Travel locally to work sites as needed Support Field teams with management of staff and accounts Oversee tasks for completion and quality Address issues/Solve problems at sites Maintain good work environment for employees aligned with our Core Values Ensure new hires are onboarded and trained appropriately Assist in the recruitment process Assist in the management of sub-contractors. Help coordinate schedules of work. Assist sales with site visits for proposals. Find/develop resources for teams as needed. Contribute to annual performance review and employee development plans and process Ensure accurate Time Records are maintained for payroll and billing purposes Oversee Inventory and Equipment handling at each site Complete formal site inspections Maintain policies and procedures aligned with contracts and company procedures Ensure work and employee work processes are compliant with company policy and Federal or State laws. Actively contribute and participate in leadership meetings and discussions to help move the business forward Ongoing Qualifications EXPERIENCE: 2+ of years EDUCATION: Minimum High School Diploma CERTIFICATIONS: n/a LICENSES: n/a SPECIFIC SKILLS: Some Knowledge of the following preferred: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, and copier. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
