What You'll Do As a Construction Field Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your Responsibilities Will Include Leading superintendent duties across multiple job sites. Tracking project progress, conducting inspections, and securing permits. Hosting pre-construction meetings and participating in daily scheduling calls. Coordinating materials, equipment, and crew assignments to keep projects on schedule. Managing change orders, punch lists, and final walkthroughs with customers. Training, mentoring, and supporting crews and subcontractors. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures every day. What They're Looking For Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with customers, vendors, and team members. Proven organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Hands-on leadership experience in construction management. Comfortable with technology (laptops, tablets, smartphones). Safety matters to us. You should be capable of working outdoors at heights up to 40 feet and using hand/power tools in a safe and responsible manner.
