Field Supervisor – Commercial Cleaning Fresh & Clean Services Indiana & Illinois Fresh & Clean Services is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee commercial cleaning operations across multiple client locations. This role is responsible for: Managing cleaning crews Performing inspections Handling call-offs and coverage Training employees Maintaining quality standards Communicating with management and clients We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and able to lead teams in the field. Responsibilities Conduct site inspections Train and onboard cleaners Ensure cleaning standards are followed Respond to staffing issues and emergencies Monitor attendance and performance Deliver supplies when needed Communicate operational issues quickly Complete reports and photos from job sites Help maintain client satisfaction Requirements Supervisory or management experience preferred Commercial cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation required Valid driver’s license Strong communication skills Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends Ability to manage multiple locations Dependable and responsive Preferred Experience Janitorial supervision Floor care knowledge Medical or industrial cleaning Team leadership Quality inspections Compensation $22–$26/hour based on experience Performance bonuses available Biweekly vehicle/gas allowance provided for work-related travel Growth opportunity into operations management Schedule Evening shift On-call as needed Weekends as needed What We Value Reliability Accountability Professionalism Respect Consistency We are looking for team members who take ownership of their work and communicate professionally.
