Field Supervisor

Field Supervisor - Painting Division We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee multiple residential and/or commercial painting crews across active job sites.This role is responsible for scheduling, quality control, safety enforcement, production tracking, and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate is a strong field leader who can manage crews efficiently, maintain high workmanship standards, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.Responsibilities:Supervise multiple painting crews and job sites Schedule crews and assign daily work Ensure safety standards and quality control Monitor labor hours, production, and job progress Communicate with customers and resolve jobsite concerns Conduct site visits, inspections, and final walkthroughs Train, coach, and support field employees Qualifications:3years experience in painting or construction supervision Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once Excellent communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Valid driver's license Full-time In-personCompetitive pay based on experienceBenefits available You may also apply on our website:www.sunpaintingva.com If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work and strong team performance, we'd love to connect.Job Type:Full-time Work Location:In person.
