We're looking for a Field Tech I to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will serve as the primary onsite contact for technical and service-related issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing, and repairing laser printers, wide-format printers, plotters kiosks, POS systems, and related hardware/software. Collaboration with Level II or Lead Technicians may be required to ensure timely and accurate resolutions. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance. Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone. Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards. Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software. Electromechanical experience a plus. Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team. Physical capability to lift to 50 lbs. Wage Range : The hourly rate for this position is between $16.63 - $23.50 per hour, unless the local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
