Field Technician manages all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. They diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. They are responsible for the service and customer support during field visits and dispatches. Essential Functions Troubleshoots and diagnoses all types of equipment to ensure proper working condition on the job site or in the shop Performs routine equipment clean-up and upkeep as well as safety review and pre-delivery inspections Inspects, diagnoses, repairs, reconditions, and adjusts heavy equipment as required and completes all related paperwork Participate in all training programs directed by Manager Bring to the attention of the Service Manager any shop tools, equipment, or vehicles that are not in serviceable condition or unsafe to use Maintains tools in good working order per MSHA and OSHA regulations Completes basic computer tasks including work orders, parts lookup, and email communication Communicates with coworkers and customers to ensure top-quality equipment and customer satisfaction Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches Tie workflow to schedule Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Produce timel
