Role Description This is a hybrid contract role for a Field Sales Trainer, based in Chicago, IL, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. The Field Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating sales training programs to enhance the selling skills of the Financial Fitness Associates. Daily responsibilities include hosting workshops, coaching sales teams, developing training content, and providing ongoing support to ensure best practices in sales. The trainer will also collaborate with leadership on developing strategies to drive sales performance within the region. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Trainings, Training, and Coaching Proven experience in Sales, including direct, field, or consultative sales Background in Medical Sales or related fields is highly desirable Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and travel within the Chicago, IL area as needed Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
