Job Description
The File and Appointment Clerk (FA Clerk) keeps files and documents organized for Mi Casa Su Casa.The FA Clerk works with both paper documents and electronic files, and does routine tasks like data entry, organization, cross-referencing, scanning, copying and retrieval of Mi Casa Su Casa direct staff and client files.In addition, the FA Clerk will serve as the coordinator for schedules and appointments between Mi Casa Su Casa facilities and other providers.The FA Clerk must listen to the needs of the person requesting the appointment in order to determine the amount of time the appointment will require and then find the time that works best for both the member and the medical professional.Must be professional and have the ability to manage multiple calls, be able to assess urgency and priority, manage cancelations and find the best alternative for all parties.Job responsibilities include (but are limited to):Answer phone calls and emails, greet residents and prospective residents Schedule appointments Communicate all appointment and file items Remind residents and staff of upcoming appointments Liaise and coordinate with third-parties about schedules Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur Must be organized and be able to take direction Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $16.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute:Phoenix, AZ 85021 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Phoenix, AZ 85021:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
