Job Title:File Organizer / Computer & Records Assistant Job Description:We are looking for a reliable person with strong computer literacy and technical skills to help organize both hard copy documents and digital files.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with computers, managing folders, scanning documents, and creating an organized filing system.Responsibilities:Organize and sort hard copy paperwork and records Scan documents and create digital copies Organize files on the computer into clear folders and categories Rename and label documents for easy access Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Help create an efficient file management system Qualifications:Strong computer skills (Windows, folders, basic software) Experience with document organization or office administration Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to handle both paper and electronic files Pay:$17.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
