Film Lab Customer Service & Scan Technician

We are a small, family-owned film lab that has been serving the Sherman Oaks community since 1990. We process all our film in-house to ensure the best quality service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated self-starters to work seamlessly with our tightknit team. The Film Lab Customer Service and Scan Technician will handle customer service and sales, and also help with scanning photographic film. The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment, while paying close attention to the details and maintaining clear communication with the whole team. Responsibilities Receive customer orders and deliver quality customer service Answer telephone calls and maintain professional phone etiquette Scan film using commercial and flatbed scanners Maintain a clean and tidy work environment Skills Excellent people skills Excellent time-management skills Neat and organized work flow Ability to work autonomously and under pressure Proficient Photoshop and photo editing skills Keen eye for detail Work Location One location Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.87 per hour Work Location: In person
