Overview Are you a passionate film student eager to bring your creative talents to an inspiring documentary project? We’re seeking an energetic and motivated film student to join our team as a paid intern, where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in all aspects of documentary filmmaking. We are a tiktok music collective with a lot of drama, plot twists, and even a love story. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in video production, editing, and storytelling while contributing to a meaningful project that aims to inform and engage audiences. Duties Assist with filming and capturing high-quality footage using professional videography equipment Support the team in planning shot lists and setting up scenes for filming Contribute to the editing process by organizing footage and creating rough cuts using Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro Help with post-production tasks including color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop Manage media assets with Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Illustrator for visual enhancements Collaborate with the production team to brainstorm creative ideas for storytelling and visual presentation Maintain equipment, ensure proper storage of footage, and assist during filming sessions Skills Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro Basic knowledge of videography techniques, filming, and camera operation Familiarity with post-production processes including color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator) and Adobe Lightroom Strong organizational skills for managing media files and project assets Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Eagerness to learn new skills and take constructive feedback positively This paid internship offers a fantastic platform for aspiring filmmakers to grow their portfolio while contributing meaningfully to a documentary project.
