Finance Administration Location: Frederick, Maryland Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Work Arrangement: On-site (Not a remote position) Salary Range $60,000 – $75,000 annually , based on experience, education and qualifications Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to assess financial operations for community associations and commercial properties. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, timely reconciliations, regulatory compliance, and provides financial support to Community Managers, Boards of Directors, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Perform bank reconciliations and review financial reports for accuracy. Manage month-end processes, management fee transfers, and loan payments. Support annual audits, tax preparation, and corporate compliance filings. Assist with annual budgets and attend Board meetings as requested. Respond to financial inquiries from Community Managers, Boards, and auditors. Support community onboarding/offboarding and provide financial training as needed. Provide back-up support within the accounting department. This position is part of a collaborative accounting structure where financial responsibilities for communities and properties are shared across multiple team members. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required. Experience in accounting, finance, or community/property management preferred. Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and reconciliations. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
