Finance Analyst

About The Company Our client is a leading real estate finance platform focused on commercial lending, particularly for small businesses and multifamily assets. The firm has over $10 billion in AUM and combines government-backed loan programs with private capital to support both stabilized and transitional properties. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations Participate in the monthly close process including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial reporting packages Provide financial analysis and support for investment decisions and capital management initiatives Conduct detailed analyses of financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement Review and accurately capture a range of financial activities in accordance with GAAP Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 2-3 years of public/private accounting experience Experience within financial services or real estate preferred Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance Proficient in Excel and financial modeling Salary Range $100,000-$110,000
