Our client is an investment banking advisory firm. They seek a Finance Analytics and Reporting Senior Associate to join their Manhattan, NY office. Responsibilities Collaborate with Finance and Executive teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications and visual solutions Integrate data from multiple sources, transforming and modeling it into optimized datasets for ongoing reporting Develop and maintain scalable, high-impact dashboards and reports using Power BI, tailored to users with varying roles and technical expertise Automate and optimize reporting processes by identifying opportunities to streamline manual workflows through self-service BI Train and support end users by guiding data modeling and dashboard usage, while addressing ad hoc requests as needed Validate the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of reports and dashboards through regular checks and controls Document report logic, data models, and definitions while contributing to reporting standards, best practices, and governance processes Requirements Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, finance, accounting, information systems, or related field 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data reporting roles Finance, consulting, or technology industries Experience with enterprise data systems and working with large datasets Understanding of financial reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics in a corporate setting Ability to Develop, track and manage time to a project plan Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to think outside of the box and adapt to changing requirements Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to continuously improve processes and learn new tools Job ID # 47975 Tagged as: Hybrid Remote/Office
