Job Description The Finance Leader will be responsible for driving the financial strategy of GPO LATAM, a growing business unit with presence in 23 countries and multiple opportunities for expansion. This strategic role is key to ensuring sustainability, efficiency, and profitability, working closely with senior leadership and serving as the right hand of the Vice President of GPO LATAM. This role combines large-scale financial responsibility with regional strategic leadership, making it a unique opportunity for a professional eager to have a meaningful impact on Avendra?s growth in Latin America. Job Responsibilities Financial Management: Develop and monitor budgets across all countries in the region. Generate financial forecasts and profitability analyses. Control costs and revenues to ensure operational efficiency. Lead the finance Supply Chain for Managed Services in Mexico. Manage an expense budget of approximately USD 700M across contracts, with margins of USD 8M in GPO and USD 20M in NVDs in MS. Project Leadership: Coordinate and lead regional initiatives to drive sales and increase market penetration. Ensure successful execution of financial and commercial projects across multiple countries. Operational Transformation: Responsible for implementing a new operating model. Ensure that financial and management systems effectively support the new model. Strategic Relationships: Act as a key partner to the VP GPO LATAM in decision-making. Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders across different countries and business areas. Direct Reports: The finance and administration leaders of each region / country will report into this position. Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial control. Ability to lead complex projects across multiple countries. Fluency in Spanish and English (preferred). High adaptability and motivation to grow within a developing business unit with significant potential.
