Job Description Proxion AI is seeking finance professionals with backgrounds in investment banking, private equity, or structured finance to contribute to high-impact projects at the intersection of finance and AI. This is a remote, contract-based role for professionals who can translate institutional finance expertise into structured, high-quality outputs, including investment analysis, financial modeling, executive-ready deliverables, market insights, AI evaluation, and structured financial reasoning tasks. Compensation $75 - $300/hour, depending on experience, task complexity, and review responsibilities. Required 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or structured finance Hands-on experience with financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, or credit underwriting Strong written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex financial reasoning clearly and precisely Ability to synthesize complex information into concise, actionable insights Availability to work as an independent contractor Preferred Experience supporting buy-side or sell-side transactions Prior experience in data annotation, AI evaluation, or structured content creation Previous experience with remote or cross-border collaboration What we look for Deep, current domain knowledge, not just credential depth Rigorous written reasoning and strong attention to detail Minimum availability of 15 hours per week
