Location: 109 Kentucky St, Petaluma, CA 94952 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities across the organization. Assist with monthly reporting, variance analysis, and forecast updates. Help prepare management-ready presentations and materials. Optimize Excel models, perform light financial modeling, and communicate insights to key stakeholders. Mentorship with Director of Commercial Finance. Qualifications and Skills Attending four-year college or university to attain a Finance, Economics, or Business Administration Bachelor's degree; or already awarded Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel with the ability to work accurately in large datasets. Foundational knowledge of financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective time management skills. Clear communication skills with a high level of curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to make effective presentations on complex topics to plant management and other stakeholders. Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Work Environment The noise level in the work environment can be moderate.
