Job Details Job Details We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consulting Finance Manager in the Healthcare sector. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization. The role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of financial management in a complex, multi-fund environment, and the ability to synthesize large, disparate datasets into clear financial insights and recommendations. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with the organization's goals. Coordinate with various stakeholders and functions to ensure financial plans are effectively communicated and implemented. Provide clear financial insights and recommendations by synthesizing large, disparate datasets. Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial governance structures, and regulatory requirements. Utilize advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, and experience with enterprise financial systems (ERP platforms), to deliver financial analysis and reporting. Adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively in high-ambiguity environments. Apply AI tools to financial analysis, forecasting, and process optimization, where applicable. Support large-scale ERP implementations or finance transformation initiatives, where applicable. Facilitate change management, including supporting the implementation of new systems, processes, or organizational structures and driving stakeholder alignment across functions. Qualifications: Advanced degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in a complex, multi-fund environment. Demonstrated ability to synthesize large, disparate datasets into clear financial insights and recommendations. Proven experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive level materials. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience working with enterprise financial systems (ERP platforms). Ability to adapt to changing priorities and function as a team member. Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, and
