Finance Manager - Manufacturing Responsibilities: Lead plant‑level financial planning, including budgets, forecasts, and long‑range plans Analyze manufacturing performance, including fixed and variable costs, productivity, labor, and overhead absorption Own standard costing, variance analysis (PPV, MUV, spending, yield), and inventory valuation Partner with Operations to evaluate capital investments, continuous improvement initiatives, and process changes Support month‑end close, ensuring accurate journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting Prepare and present financial results to plant leadership and regional management Drive cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for margin improvement Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and Georgia‑Pacific financial policies Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR Support audits, internal reviews, and risk management activities Develop and mentor analysts or junior finance staff, as applicable Finance Manager - Manufacturing Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Excel; ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills 5 - 7 years of relevant experience Bachelors Degree (Finance or Accounting Preferred) Living in or open to relocation to Pineland Texas
