Who you are Advanced Financial Modeling: Proficiency in building and maintaining complex financial frameworks that evaluate revenue, pricing strategies, and cost drivers to inform strategic business decisions Commercial Acumen: A track record of partnering with cross-functional leaders to bring financial discipline to operational trade-offs, particularly within hardware, infrastructure, or supply-chain-driven environments Organizational Discipline: A highly structured approach to managing enterprise-level reporting and planning cycles with a relentless focus on accuracy and accountability Growth Mindset: The ability to navigate ambiguity and build new governance frameworks from scratch while adapting to the evolving needs of a high-growth business Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave What the job involves As the Finance Manager for the Everpure Hyperscale Line of Business, you will drive the fiscal strategy for our fastest-growing division during a critical scale-up phase You will be the bridge between the Business Unit, Supply Chain, and Corporate Finance, transforming complex data into a clear roadmap for global growth Your mission is to establish the governance and modeling rigor necessary to scale our most ambitious commercial initiatives This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence the trajectory of the Everpure Platform’s most dynamic business segment Architect and Own Business Unit Strategy: Maintain the core financial contribution models for the Hyperscale business, delivering the P&L transparency and margin analysis required for leadership to monitor business health and drive performance Drive Commercial Rigor: Partner directly with Business Operations and Pricing teams to evaluate long-term customer contracts and supply chain commitments, ensuring unit economics (COGS/BOM) support profitable, long-term growth Lead Financial Planning Cycles: Orchestrate the end-to-end Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasting cadence, translating operational results into executive-ready insights for the senior leadership and corporate stakeholders Build Scalable Infrastructure: Design and automate financial reporting processes and internal controls that strengthen close cycles and provide the agility needed to support a rapidly expanding business unit The application process There is no application deadline and we accept applications on an ongoing basis until the job is filled
