Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager / Sales Manager to lead our automotive finance and sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing loan processing, and driving sales growth through effective negotiation and upselling strategies. Your expertise in financial services, dealership operations, and customer service will be essential to ensure a seamless experience for our clients while maximizing revenue opportunities. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Submit loan applications, ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations and accurate credit analysis. Manage the entire loan approval cycle, including credit evaluation, contract preparation, and title processing. Conduct negotiations with customers to close deals effectively while upselling additional products or services to enhance customer value. Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and customer engagement. Utilize financial software and perform basic math calculations accurately for loan structuring, deal analysis, and contract review. Ensure all dealership transactions adhere to legal standards and internal policies, federal regulations, including TILA disclosures and loan documentation requirements. Skills Proven experience in customer relationship management within the automotive or financial services industry. Strong background in dealership operations, including automobile sales, title processing, and loan officer responsibilities. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively to maximize revenue opportunities. Proficiency in financial software applications (DealerTrack, DealerCenter), credit analysis tools, and 10-key typing for efficient data entry. Knowledge of loan processing procedures, contracts, and compliance standards such as TILA regulations. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building trust and long-term client relationships. Ability to perform basic math accurately for credit assessments, deal calculations, and financial analysis.
