Location: Pineland, Texas We are seeking a Finance Manager to serve as a strategic partner to manufacturing leadership within a lumber operation. This role is critical in driving financial performance, supporting operational decision-making, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the mill. Key Responsibilities Partner with mill leadership to provide financial insight, analytics, and decision support Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost management activities Analyze production, operational, and cost data to identify efficiency and performance opportunities Develop financial models and business cases for capital investments and strategic initiatives Support improvements to financial processes, reporting, and systems Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Strategy, or a related field Finance experience in a manufacturing environment; lumber or wood products experience preferred Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and analysis Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and ERP systems such as SAP Proven ability to lead initiatives and drive transformation within manufacturing operations This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to influence across operations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and driving measurable business results through financial leadership.
