Finance Manager | Business Planning & Analysis *Hybrid work model, 2 days per week in the Framingham, MA office Want to make an impact? As part of our team at TJX, you will manage a team of Financial Analysts & Senior Financial Analysts to assist Senior Leadership with driving business decisions and supporting strategic financial initiatives for a multibillion-dollar business line. Your day-to-day will present challenges to drive impact for the leading off-price retailer in the world. A successful candidate will work on multiple projects simultaneously that will be reviewed by Senior Executives. Further, you be asked to think critically, analyze effectively, and communicate efficiently. Responsibilities include: Managing the processes and activities of the finance division to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate reporting and analytics Leading and overseeing workloads to ensure time critical projects are delivered as expected Managing and mentoring associates with training and professional development Driving the development of analytical models to forecast and understand short- and long-term trends Playing a leadership role on projects & new initiatives Responsible for driving analysis to provide relevant Executive Level guidance on business performance and areas of risk and opportunity Building relationships with operational partners across the business Delivering strategy and recommendations on various initiatives across all levels of Management Coordinating / Performing standard reporting with excellent attention to detail Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience in Corporate finance, FP&A, Consulting, Investment Banking or other related fields Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred; MBA a plus Prior experience leading teams in a dynamic, fast paced environment Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation development skills; ability to develop robust interactive excel models independently Excellent communications skills with the ability to deliver insights, recommendations, and results concisely and effectively to Executive Level management Ability to work with ambiguity, removing obstacles and maintaining focus in complicated situations to deliver results for self and team Promotes collaboration within team & cross-functionally and actively finds opportunities for improvements Location: USA Home Office Framingham MA 550 Cochituate Rd This position has a starting salary range of $104,800.00 to $136,200.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
