Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager for a part-time, remote role. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and budgeting, creating financial reports, managing account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data to support decision-making, collaborating with departmental teams to control costs, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Experience with accounting principles, account reconciliation, and financial reporting Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from financial data Understanding of financial regulations and compliance Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments Proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly desirable
