Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Daily tasks involve managing financial statements, performing audits, preparing reports, and monitoring compliance with financial regulations. The role also requires collaboration with leadership to develop financial strategies, analyze financial risks, and ensure resource allocation aligns with organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting Experience with financial reporting, auditing, and compliance Strong skills in accounting software and spreadsheets, such as QuickBooks and Excel Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices in nonprofit financial management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or relevant certification preferred) Previous experience in nonprofit financial management is highly desirable
