Completes budget planning, financial planning, actual-versus-plan-analysis, benchmarking, forecasting and reporting activities, for the management of an assigned organization unit. Position Overview This role is responsible for driving process transformation within the Enterprise Services (ES) Finance organization. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to standardize financial practices, enhance reporting capabilities, and implement digital solutions to improve efficiency and transparency across complex projects. The position requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, controllers, and leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Collaborate with project stakeholders and controllers to manage financials across complex projects (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Conduct analysis and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes. Process Standardization & Reporting: Standardize commercial practices, reporting, and financial principles across ES. Develop reporting packages and support quarterly operational and project reviews. Prepare financial insights for monthly performance dialogues with Executive Leadership. Forecasting & Budgeting: Streamline forecast process implementing tools and models. Partner with Enterprise Services leadership on performance, forecasting, budgeting, and risk/opportunity management. Performance Analytics Establish KPIs and dashboards; analyze trends to support strategic decisions. ERP & Digitalization: Support ERP financial processes and ensure accurate implementation. Promote digitalization, collaborative value creation, and knowledge sharing. Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external accounting standards. Support P58 Implementation. Leadership Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align with strategic goals. Ad-hoc Analysis: Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in Enterprise Services or project-based environments. Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and ERP systems. Proven ability to lead process improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $126,190 - $173,514 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.
