Finance Project Management Office

A company is looking for a Finance PMO (Project Management Office) leader. Key Responsibilities Establish and manage the M&A Playbook, coordinating due diligence and integration processes Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and validate resource capacity for strategic initiatives Oversee special finance projects and optimize financial operations by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions Required Qualifications 8-10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategic Finance/Planning, or PMO roles in high-growth AI or SaaS environments Experience with M&A cycles, including due diligence and integration Proven ability to deliver change and improve processes Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments; startup/scaleup experience is a plus Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across functions
