The Opportunity This is a commission-based role designed to reward ownership, initiative, and performance. For the right advisor, this structure provides uncapped earning potential and the ability to build a long-term book of business supported by institutional-level infrastructure. Advisors at Island Wealth Strategies operate as relationship leaders. You focus on building trust, expanding relationships, and generating new business while leveraging a full internal support team of CFPs, CFAs, portfolio specialists, alternative investment professionals, and advanced planning experts who manage design, reporting, analysis, and backend execution. This is a hybrid growth model; supported and self-driven. What You Will Do: Relationship & Advisory Leadership Build and manage long-term, trust-based client relationships Serve as primary relationship lead for individuals, families, enterprises, and professional athletes Develop strategic financial and capital plans aligned with client goals Represent the IWS brand with professionalism, discretion, and credibility Growth & Business Development Generate new business through network development and strategic partnerships Convert warm leads, enterprise relationships, and inbound prospects into long-term clients Cultivate centers of influence and expand into new markets Grow and manage a client book aligned with our $100M in 1,000 Days strategy Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects Strategic Collaboration Partner with internal CFPs, CFAs, and advanced planning professionals Leverage full back-end support including administrative, compliance, and operations teams Operate within regulatory requirements and maintain professional documentation standards What We Provide We invest in our advisors, and we reward production.
