We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our growing team supporting higher education financial aid operations. In this role, you will review student financial aid files, ensure compliance with federal Title IV regulations, and process documentation efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards. What You’ll Do Review financial aid budgets and verification documents for compliance with Title IV regulations Process new and continuing student files using financial aid systems and internal platforms Maintain production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment Identify and report compliance concerns or processing trends Handle urgent requests and additional documentation promptly Support operational goals while adhering to company and client procedures What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work under deadlines with high accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with data entry, production metrics, and computer systems Strong work ethic, integrity, and dependability Experience in financial aid, finance, compliance, banking, or other detail-driven environments preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required College coursework or equivalent financial aid experience preferred Associate degree or higher preferred Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred Financial aid or Title IV experience is a plus Preferred Skills Experience with production-based processing environments 10-key proficiency Strong time management skills Ability to maintain high quality and productivity standards Why Join Us?
