Location: Davenport, FL Salary: $70,000 - 80,000 Looking to grow your FP&A skill set while staying close to the business? What You’ll Be Responsible For Analyze financial and operational data to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance analysis Build and maintain financial models used for pricing, investments, and planning Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and ongoing reforecasts Respond to ad hoc analysis and reporting needs Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency across systems Partner with accounting and operations to reconcile data and resolve discrepancies Share insights and recommendations with leadership Support compliance with internal controls and company policies What They’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role Working knowledge of financial statements, including P&L and cash flow Strong Excel and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear communicator comfortable working across teams ERP system experience is a plus MBA or CPA is a plus Work Setup & Benefits Onsite role in a collaborative, team-based setting Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Paid time off, holidays, and additional employee programs This Financial Analyst opportunity is well-suited for an analytical professional who enjoys working closely with the business, generating insights, and growing within a stable, high-performing organization. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; }
