What you will be doing: Financial Planning & Forecasting: Assist with the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes, and help maintain updates to the full three-statement model. Modeling & Analysis: Support the development and maintenance of financial models for revenue, margin, operating expenses, and working capital. Contribute to building models that support strategic decision-making, including scenario, sensitivity, and ROI analyses. Reporting: Help compile and prepare monthly financial reporting packages for department and warehouse leaders, assisting with actuals vs. budget/forecast variance analysis, KPI dashboards, trend insights, and warehouse productivity metrics. Board Summaries: Assist in drafting board-level summaries that articulate business performance, and provide data support to help develop and enhance Board Presentations (CPM). Business Partnership & Support: Support the forecasting cadence and deliverables throughout the organization, and assist the team in evaluating capital, investments, and pricing analyses. Help track trends and variances to identify potential risks and opportunities. Operational & Working Capital Support: Assist in tracking and analyzing key working capital drivers such as inventory, AR/AP, and lead times. Help gather and organize data to uncover insights into seasonality, backlog, customer behavior, and order patterns. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with all departments to achieve organizational goals, helping evaluate demand plans, inventory health, and risk/opportunity outlooks in a supporting SIOP finance role. Provides project tracking and organizational support for key priorities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, preferred. 2+ years of experience in an FP&A, Financial Analyst, or related strategic finance role. Proven track record in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate risks and opportunities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills and experience driving cross-functional priorities. Familiarity with Acumatica, Looker, PlanR, or similar BI tools is a plus. SQL server and database structure experience is a plus.
