We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Provide financial analysis and play a key role in developing financial models, annual budgets, forecasts, and capital/expense analysis. Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. Assist with the monthly close, financial reporting, and management reporting processes. Offer analytical decision support, including financial analysis, program profitability, cost variance analysis, and capital expenditure justification. Collaborate with other institutions and functional areas to enhance business processes, internal controls, and reporting. Prepare presentations for institutional/functional leadership and boards of directors/trustees. What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred. 2+ years of finance and/or accounting experience with a demonstrated ability to analyze financial and operational data. Experience with corporate ERP systems is preferred. Experience with financial planning applications like Cognos or TM1 is preferred. Knowledge of GAAP, ideally within a public company setting; awareness of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience developing financial models. Insightful, service-oriented, with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. What's On Offer Competitive annual salary ($49,199.33 - $86,253.75) plus bonus potential.
