Position Summary Reporting to the VP of FP&A, the Financial & Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting company-wide performance through advanced financial analysis, data modeling, and dashboard development. This individual will partner closely with finance, revenue cycle, and operational teams to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Deliver in-depth financial and operational analysis, including variance analysis and trend reporting for leadership Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and KPIs to provide real-time insights into business performance Analyze large healthcare datasets (including revenue cycle data) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Support daily and monthly cash forecasting and financial planning processes Build ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives across finance and operations Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and finance teams to translate data into actionable insights </
