About The Role The EDP Staff II position at Mission Multiplier is a critical role designed to assist clients in optimizing their financial operations and program execution. This role involves providing expert support in areas such as audit readiness, financial statement audits, and financial management systems, with a focus on DoD ERP/SAP and Logistic Systems. The successful candidate will leverage their experience to analyze current processes, identify control gaps, and facilitate improvements aligned with federal standards. They will be responsible for applying critical thinking, industry trend analysis, and structured communication to influence and build relationships with stakeholders. The role also emphasizes professional development, requiring self-awareness, reflection, and the ability to delegate effectively to foster team growth. Upholding the firm's ethical standards and business conduct policies is essential, along with maintaining security clearances to access sensitive information. Qualifications US Citizenship and the ability to maintain SECRET federal security clearance. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited U.S. college or university in Business, Accounting, or Finance. (Degrees in other areas may be considered if complemented by an Advanced Degree in Finance or Business.) Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience providing accounting, finance, business management, or IT services to Federal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies. At least 1 year of experience with DoD ERP/SAP and Logistic Systems. Experience supporting audit readiness, audit remediation, or financial statement audits within the federal government.
