Job Description
The Role: As a Financial Associate, you will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to provide insurance and investment solutions. This is a client-facing opportunity within a brokerage environment — not a back-office finance position. You will educate clients on protection strategies, long-term savings, and wealth-building concepts while building your own portfolio of clients over time. This role can be structured part-time or full-time. There is no requirement to leave your current position. Many advisors begin on a flexible basis and scale as they grow. Key Responsibilities Conduct client discovery meetings (virtual) Present insurance and investment solutions tailored to client needs Assist clients with applications and onboarding Build and manage your own client portfolio Participate in ongoing training and development sessions Develop referral and client acquisition strategies Work Structure: 100% remote Flexible schedule Independent contractor position Performance-based compensation Ideal Profile: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with clients and building relationships Self-motivated and performance-driven Open to obtaining required insurance and financial licenses Entrepreneurial mindset required Previous experience in sales, finance, customer service, or business development is helpful but not mandatory.
