Job Opportunity BizTek People is in search for an experienced Financial Analyst (Consultant) in NYC! Location: New York City (Hybrid Alternate weeks ThursFri) Pay Rate: $72-$82 / hour (depending on experience) Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k Duration: 6 months with potential for extension Role Overview: The Finance Analyst (Consultant) will partner with the FP&A team during the rollout of a new reference data tool to support our clients standard business hierarchy set up. Responsibilities Collaborate with FP&A, IT, and corporate teams to ensure hierarchy accuracy and consistency. Maintain the business hierarchy in Excel and support ERP integrations (OneStream, Workday). Reconcile financial data across systems and document critical workflows. Provide user training and uphold governance and reporting standards. Qualifications: REQUIRED: 5+ years in financial services or investment banking. REQUIRED: Experience with ERP/EPM tools (Hyperion, OneStream, Workday). Solid understanding of organizational hierarchies and income statement structures. Knowledge of GL concepts (profit/cost centers, revenue, expenses). Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
