Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and analytical Financial Director. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for the financial stewardship of our global initiatives while serving as the founding financial lead for our new U.S. subsidiary, Fractionera. You will play a vital role in building the local financial infrastructure, ensuring fiscal transparency, and providing the strategic insights necessary to support Ajmera Realty’s expansion and long-term sustainability in the North American region. Core Responsibilities Subsidiary Financial Setup: Direct the establishment of Fractionera’s financial operations in the U.S., including accounting frameworks, internal controls, and localized payroll and banking systems. Fiscal Governance: Develop and oversee annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-range planning to ensure alignment with Ajmera Realty’s global strategic roadmap. Compliance & Audit: Ensure all U.S. financial activities comply with federal and state regulations, overseeing GAAP-standard reporting, tax filings, and external audits. Treasury & Capital Management: Manage corporate liquidity, optimize cash flow, and oversee treasury functions related to both traditional real estate capital and digital asset holdings. Strategic Decision Support: Provide the executive team with rigorous financial modeling and ROI analysis to guide investment decisions, property acquisitions, and market entry strategies. Cross-Border Integration: Synchronize financial reporting and resource allocation between our Indian headquarters and the U.S. entity to maintain organizational cohesion. Qualifications Senior Leadership Experience: 15+ years of progressive finance experience within Real Estate, Fintech, or Digital Assets, with at least 10 years in an executive leadership capacity. U.S. Market Proficiency: Deep expertise in U.S. corporate finance and tax structures; experience in scaling a startup or launching a regional subsidiary is highly valued. Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable strategies for the board and institutional stakeholders. Technical Domain Knowledge: Proficiency with modern ERP systems and a strong understanding of financial operations within real estate investment trusts (REITs) or blockchain-based ecosystems. Exceptional Communication: Capable of representing the company professionally to investors, regulatory authorities, and global partners. Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is strongly preferred. Why Join Us?
