Financial Operations Analyst SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Financial Operations Analyst. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Job Summary: As a Financial Operations Analyst reporting to the CFO/COO of a single-family office (KapCo, the parent organization of SEACORP), your duties are wide-ranging across operations, data management and analysis, accounting and finance. You will bridge family needs with operations, optimizing processes (like cash/bill pay), process invoices, create financial reports, manage financial data and provide analytical support to the office, with a focus on ensuring smooth technical operations supporting the family wealth goals. Key Responsibilities include Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies, documenting workflows, and implementing better operational procedures, often using data analytics for insights. Financial Support: Processing invoices and preparing financial transactions for processing. Reporting & Data Analysis: Developing dashboards, tracking KPIs, and creating reports for leadership and the family. Client/Stakeholder Liaison: Working with family members, external advisors, and internal teams (investment, tech, operations). Operational Tasks: Assisting with bill payments, tax disbursements, and managing vendors relationships. Investment Support: Researching opportunities, analyzing financial data, due diligence, and monitoring portfolio performance across asset classes. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Finance or Data Analytics Experience: 1- 2 years of experience (inclusive of internships) in a busy office environment preferred. Ideal Skills and Experience Analytical & Technical: Data analysis, financial modeling, strong business acumen. Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex needs between business stakeholders. Project Management: Organizing tasks, managing multiple priorities. Versatility: Ability to handle diverse duties, from operational support to financial tasks. Tech-savvy: You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Power BI with ability to learn and become proficient in Addepar. As a requirement of employment, all KapCo/SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship Location Arlington, VA Travel None Clearance Secret Work Environment & Physical Demands Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
