Manager of FP&A | High-Impact, High-Visibility Role We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, ~$1B revenue organization to identify a dynamic Manager of FP&A. 💰 Compensation: Up to $175K base + 12.5% bonus 🔍 Why This Role Stands Out High exposure to executive leadership, including the CFO Key role in a highly acquisitive, growth-driven organization Opportunity to shape financial strategy and influence decision-making Blend of strategic finance, analytics, and leadership 💼 What You’ll Do Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Build and maintain robust financial models to support business decisions Deliver actionable insights through financial analysis and reporting Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders to drive performance Present to leadership using clear, compelling communication (PowerPoint required) Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains Help guide and develop FP&A talent ✅ What We’re Looking For 5+ years of FP&A experience (leadership exposure preferred) Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Excellent communicator with polished presentation abilities Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments (M&A exposure a plus) Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus) Proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in high-visibility roles
