Job Opportunity: Operations Processor (Financial Services) Level: IC3 (Contractor) Pay Rate: $24.00/hr Location: Malvern, PA Target Start Dates: 6/22 Role Overview As an Operations Processor (IC3), you will serve as a vital link in our financial processing ecosystem. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, accurate results based on clearly defined operational targets. Working within established standards, you will handle manual processing, cash reconciliation, and money movement tasks that directly contribute to the department's daily objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to build an in-depth understanding of internal policies, risk mitigation, and compliance standards within a world-class financial institution. Core Responsibilities Transaction Processing: Review and process monetary and clerical requests with high levels of timeliness and accuracy. Data Systems: Input data from client requests into internal platforms including AWD, BPM, Crave, and VAST. Client Service: Demonstrate strong relationship management skills through professional verbal and written communication with internal teams and clients. Risk Management: Develop a deep understanding of internal policies to minimize risk and ensure alignment with compliance standards. Issue Resolution: Identify and elevate workflow trends or system issues; participate in research and analysis to resolve recurring problems. Lean Culture: Actively participate in daily huddles, weekly problem-solving sessions, and staff meetings to enhance the client and crew experience. Key Performance Metrics Your success will be measured by: Quality: Data entry accuracy and adherence to compliance protocols. Productivity: Meeting defined volume targets for processing. Efficiency: Timely completion of tasks within service level agreements (SLAs). Qualifications & Requirements Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry and the ability to learn complex financial systems. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to work in a "Lean" management environment. Assessments: Candidates must complete and pass the following Talent Central assessments: 2026 Financial Processing Written Assessment: Minimum score of 76. Typing Test: Minimum 30 WPM (adjusted). Training & Schedule Training Program: 4 weeks total (2 weeks of foundational training followed by 2 weeks of functional job training). Training Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Production Hours: Post-training shifts may start as early as 7:30 AM or 8:30 AM. Candidates must be flexible to work either shift. About the Team The Transfer Agent (TA) Operations team is dedicated to providing seamless financial processing and audit support.
